Margie Richard

Dents Express Manager

Margie keeps the whole Dents Express ship on course. She is responsible for customer service, overseeing all departments, and providing estimates. Margie solves problems and gets things done with a positive attitude! When she is not at work or enjoying time with her Dents Express co-workers, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Dent Removal and Hail Damage Repair Specialists

Greg Williams, BJ Penovich, Zak Langdon, Shane Watkins, and Mark Gilland are our Dent Removal and Hail Damage Repair Specialists. Mark has been part of the Dents Express team for almost three decades, and Greg, BJ, Zak, and Shane have been with us for almost two. All gentlemen enjoy removing dents, estimating car damages, and servicing customers. In their spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his two girls, golfing, and watching the Cardinals play; BJ loves to hunt; Zak enjoys hanging out with his three boys and coaching baseball; Shane spends time golfing and watching sports, and Mark enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting.

Body Technicians

Brendan Bittle and Eugene Brekrus make up our Body Technician department. Both are responsible for fixing minor collision damage to vehicles and performing bumper and wheel repairs. In their spare time, these “car magicians” like to watch sports and spend time with family and friends.

Painters / Bodymen

Derrick Otte suits up each and every day to make cars look like new in two, state-of-the-art down-draft and cross-draft paint booths. In addition to prepping and painting, he also attends to vehicles repairs. Derrick holds his Associate’s Degree in Collision Repair. Derrick enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends, family, and Dents Express co-workers when he is not on the job.

Matthew Grellner

Office Manager

With a degree in Business Management, Matthew is in charge of estimates, the part ordering process, and follow-through. When he is not at Dents Express, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and chasing after his kids.
